Our carefully selected menu is mainly inspired by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz’s “The Fiber Fueled Cookbook” vibrant recipes, which are centered around the diversity of the plates (at least 30 different plants per week!). In addition to the recipes from “The Fiber Fueled Cookbook,” we infuse our menu with selected Mediterranean elements, including the occasional fish and seafood, and Greek feta cheese. We strive to source the majority of our ingredients from organic origins.

Our retreat is set in an exquisite and serene villa complex located in Lygaria, Crete, covering 1000m² and situated just 20 meters (65 ft) from the turquoise beach, providing a premium setting for a tranquil retreat experience. The villa complex encompasses five swimming pools, adding to the rejuvenating ambiance of your stay.

Inside, the villa serves as a sanctuary of serenity and tranquility. Each room is tastefully designed and equipped with all the amenities necessary for your transformative stay. The expansive layout ensures ample privacy and space, accommodating both individual reflection and group sessions. The villa’s exquisite interiors, crafted with natural materials, enhance the idyllic and tranquil atmosphere, while the indoor and outdoor common areas promote a relaxing environment.

We offer two types OF ACCOMMODATION

Our private villa complex offers exquisite rooms designed for rejuvenating experience, each featuring en-suite bathrooms and essential amenities for maximum comfort. Each room radiates a sense of serenity and luxury. We offer two types of accommodation: upper floor and lower ground floor rooms. While the design of each room may vary throughout the villa, the quality remains consistently luxurious.
