Getting to Crete:

From the USA: Travelers from the United States can reach Crete via connecting flights. The most common route involves flying into Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos), followed by a short domestic flight to Heraklion Airport, Crete's primary airport. Major airlines operate frequent flights from key US cities to Athens, ensuring a smooth and accessible travel experience. Upon arrival in Heraklion, the villa in Lygaria is just a short drive away, approximately 20-30 minutes.

From the UK: Visitors from the United Kingdom have the convenience of direct flights to Heraklion Airport from various cities, including London, Manchester, and Birmingham. These direct connections, provided by both regular and budget airlines, offer an efficient travel option. The luxury villa in Lygaria is easily reachable from Heraklion Airport by road, with a journey time of approximately 20-30 minutes.

From the Rest of Europe: For those traveling from other European countries, Crete is well-connected with numerous direct flights to Heraklion from a variety of European cities. Heraklion Airport serves as a major destination for several European carriers, both regular and low-cost, making the island easily accessible from multiple locations.

The island's allure, coupled with its connectivity, makes it an ideal destination for a retreat focused on personal growth and relaxation.

Our retreat's cuisine is a longevity-focused gourmet menu, influenced by The No. 1 Gut health expert and gastroenterologist Dr. Will Bulsiewicz. We will serve diverse plant-centric, high fiber meals prepared with a focus on gut health and overall wellness. We can also cater to any dietary requirements or restrictions you may have.

October in Crete is delightful with daytime temperatures ranging between 20-25°C (68-77°F), which is perfect for outdoor activities. The sea remains warm for swimming, with water temperatures around 23-25°C (73-77°F).

Our retreat is hosted in a luxurious villa located in Lygaria, Crete, just a 20-meter walk from the beach. There are two types of accomodation in vila - upper floor rooms and -1 floor rooms, all rooms feature high quality, with en suite bathrooms and all amenities (Please see the photos on booking process), just differ in terms of floor.

Our retreats incorporate neuroscience-backed meditation and breathwork techniques that have been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and improve overall sleep and well-being. In our retreat, we will cover the following science-backed meditation and breathwork techniques: NSDR (non-sleep deep rest), Yoga Nidra, Box Breathing, Cyclic Sighing, Pranayama Breathing, Mindfulness Meditation, Interoceptive Meditation vs. Exteroceptive Meditation techniques, Space-Time Bridging, Focused Attention Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, and other techniques. Our team of meticulously selected experienced facilitators is dedicated to guiding you through different techniques throughout your retreat.

Absolutely! Our retreat is designed for individuals at all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our expert team will provide guidance tailored to your level of experience.

In addition to meditation and breathwork, a variety of activities are available for guests to enjoy. One may partake in swimming, unwind by the beach or pool, request personalized massage sessions, and engage with other like-minded individuals. There is also the option to spend time in solitude, embracing the tranquility of the surrounding natural beauty

Yes, to ensure each guest receives a deeply personal and enriching experience, we cap attendance at  participants for each retreat. We advise prospective attendees to reserve their place well in advance to guarantee their participation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the commitments we make in advance to secure the exceptional venues, chef services and book experienced team of facilitators for our retreats, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage our guests to carefully consider their availability before booking, as all reservations are final.  If you are not able to attend for any unforseen circumstances, we suggest transferring your reservation to another individual free of charge.

Yes, we believe in the power of community for sustained mental health. We offer live community meetings and ongoing support after the retreats to help you maintain the connections with your peers and foster a sense of accountability.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for meditation and breathwork, personal toiletries, a swimsuit for the beach, and any personal medications or supplements you require.
